My new 86 GN has an aftermarket straight downpipe, and here in Texas we now have to pass a sniff test, so I need to buy a 3 inch dp and hi flow cat, preferably as a unit. I am open to any ideas, as I would like to do this as reasonably as possible. Anybody got anything for sale? Thanks
Frank, What you need is a buddy in the sniff test business. I will make a couple of calls to friends of friends to see if I can help you out. I'll contact you if I can. Otherwise maybe somebody in the LSPBC can lend you one for a few days. I'm glad you found a turbo car, and you got it home safe from OKC. I was going to offer up my '85, but it is more car than you were looking for. If you no anybody who wants to be in the high 10's or high 6's (depending on track distance) I will be selling my car soon. It has all of Patrick Smith's drivetrain in my '85.
