Heres the rust at the bottom of the drip rails on my 53 ford mainline. It wasnt as bad as i thought but theres a good 2 or 3 areas that i will need to fix. i was thinking of just using a dremmel and cutting out all the loose rust untill i hit good metal and then fiberglassing from both sides and finishing it off with a coat of bondo.. What other choice do i have?

what do you think about that color of red for this car? im just wondering about if i should do it all red or red body with white top. I like the cragers on it too. I mount 4 tires on the rims and son of a gun! i dont have the bolts to bolt them on! lol

I'm seeing red and black. Although I'm no fan of any aftermarket wheel, I like the idea of chrome Cragers on an old 4-dr hot rod.

Not sure fiberglass would be the way to go. especially on small edges. I'd try to weld in some sheet metal after you cut out the rust.
