dual quads/power steering 401

    i just installed dual quads on my 64 wildcat convertible and want to install a power steering set up from a 65 or a 64 425 in order to make more room for the linkage and for a better look....has anyone done this????? if so what parts do i need??? i have a 65 pump and brackets but the pullys dont line up with the crank etc....i think ac plays into what type of pulley for the crank???...my car does not have air...thanks todd h

    power steering

    hi my name is craig and i had a really nice electra that didnt have a.c but i had 2 4s and power steering the car came stock with power steering . to my knowledge you need a power steering box ,yes the correct pullys. also do you think the bracket you got for the pump was for a ac car? out side of nuts and bolts and hoses it should be no problem to install the power steering in your car just keep in mind you may have to use parts from a doner car that could have had power steering and dual quads meening a 65 or 66 big body car. hope this helps:beer
