Electric water pump

Can anyone tell me the depth of the electric water pump for the BBB as offered by TA. I need to know this so I can set my engine up properly to clear the radiator and grill. Pics may help explain what I need.

That looks like the long nose water pump. There is a short nose pump. That may be another option.

 

I plan to run the electric pump because I will eventually run a TSP level 3 engine on the street. To acheive this I will run an electric pump so I can keep it running once the engine has stopped. Also I will run 2 electric fans.

Water Pump

From the mounting face on the timing cover to the farthest point (center) on the electric motor is 4.5 inches. Good luck.
