just ordered mine. i got Mikes last one (bristol bash) and he did an excellent job on that one cant wait to see this one. :TU:
Hi Anthony, Its best to get them directly thru Mike Kamm. He does really, really good work on these video's. :beer :TU: PS: Have you gotten your engine back together yet?
Phillip, you may be out of luck with a Betamax...... Mike can get you a VHS version, but the DVD is soooo much clearer and won't degrade over the years.
Greg, what I find that is truly amazing is how you can get that performance out of those tires. Never in a million years would I think the tires on my Stage 1 have the potential to run low 11's like you have demonstrated on your car. I give you a lot of credit,Greg-you can only go faster, and 10's are just around the corner. Keep going Greg!!!!!! :3gears: :TU:
Yep, that's why I might wait to get a movie like that, until you are doing 10s. You'll get there this year!!!!!!!!! :beer :beer :beer P.S: Greg, I may come to watch your "Fatctory Stock" Racing in NJ, this year. Anthony
Thanks Carl, Your car would be perfect for F.A.S.T. racing. Most cars in F.A.S.T. look like show cars. Dave Dudek recently did a 98%+ concours appearing restoration on his Hemi Challenger, all the hoses/wires are stamped from the factory, paint & chaulk marks, original bolts and fasteners, etc. Its absolutely mint! In fact he showed his car at the Detroit autorama this winter and came in 1st place in the concours class. Now THAT'S Going F.A.S.T. with class!!
o No: That is going fast w/ class, HAHA     Greg can I get my car in there when it's done? Remember it's gonna have a Edelbrock B4B??? o No: Thanks Anthony
Anthony, A B4B intake manifold is not legal for F.A.S.T., but that's easily fixed by swapping over to the original cast iron intake manifold. :Brow: Click here for rules and more information regarding F.A.S.T. racing. An important thing to remember about F.A.S.T. is that you don't need to have the fastest car to have a good time, the top 8 cars run in a pro ladder eliminations and cars qualified in position 9 and up all race their nearest ET competitor in a best 2 out of 3 heads-up mini shootout.
Just another plug for Mike. This dvd rocks :3gears: :3gears: You would think that Mike does tv production for a living, its that good Hey Greg, will this pass tech, just bolt a seat to the crossmember and go racing
Ok, Greg, well when the time comes that I sign up for FAST Racing, well before that time, could I send you the orginial Intake? How would you be able to match up the ports w/ the heads that already match the B4B? Would you just need size? And, Do you think we should send you out the exhaust manidfolds? Again, whould you needd me to measure the size of the exhaust ports on the heads???? Thank you! :beer Anthony
Keith, I don't think that will pass track tech without a working tail light..   Looks good, where is the body? Can't wait to see it at the track! And yes, Mike does a fantastic job on the FAST / PS video's.
I'm not so sure that getting into the 10's is a good thing 'cause right now you're using a whole DVD for only 11 (amazing) seconds of racing!
Anthony, I have templates that locate off the cylinder block dowel pins that I use to locate the intake port openings for the Buick 455, your intake ports on your head are set to my standard location. If you send me your stock cast iron intake, I can match up the intake manifold ports to your head ports. The exhaust manifolds can also be modified and there is no need to send me your exhaust port dimensions as I have all that information.
