Factory rim width

    I'm sure that this question must have been asked about a half-bazillion times...but I sure can't find the definitive answer anywhere, so here goes; What is the rim width and backspacing of the 14 inch factory mag on a 1969 GS350?

    14x6 and 15x7 is all I have seen.

    I guess a little clarification on my original query is in order...Somehow, I got it stuck in my head that there was a 14X6 and a 14X7 rim avail, maybe I am totally wrong.

    From 1955-71 I see no 14x7 wheels listed in either steel or chrome. There were 14x 6 and 14x 5 wheels listed.

    14" factory chrome mag wheels were 14 X 6. I believe the backspacing was 3 1/2". I'm not positive about that though. pm Duane, I think he could tell you for sure.
