fastest430-your wagon

    Hey fastest430. I have been looking around the Drag-n-wagons section. I love the car, I'd love to hear some info on yoiur build-up.

    The" blue" sporty

    WOW,I appreciate the comment.The BUILD has changed so many times . Currently,W 70-455 stock bottom end (with oil mod) 112 cam, performer manifold,71 Q jet, shorty headers,3" X exhaust.TH400 switch pitch and 8.5 3.08 " cruzin gears" :grin:
    Has run the best of 12.5 in the past. currently runs13.5's
    past combos
    73 455W3.23 TH400
    462W ford 9" 3.90
    462 stage 2
    67 400 W switch pitch 1800 low 4000 high and 3.42's
    from 1996 To the current combo

    Nice. 13.5's is with the 112 cam (isn't that one of TA's RV cams?) & 3.08's? That is great for such a mile combo. What was the combo with the 1.25's? Thanx for the response, love that wagon.

    Eggs said I could post if he forgot anything, so here goes. He was running the 12.5's with the Stage 2 462. It was a basic buildup with great heads. His cam was a GSCA Hemi Killer grind. That cam was put in a stock 430 and a light car. It ran 11.2's last year.

    Thanx Joe. I am impressed with his wagon and that cam, 11.2 in a stock 430-Zowie!
