A while back I took the whole front clip of my '72 Skylark, and now everything is starting to go back together. When I took the fenders off, I took the (outer) fender off, while leaving the inner fender still attached to the car. Now the inner and outer fenders are both off, and was wondering if those can be assembeled together off the car, and then put on as an assembly?
Much easier to install the fenderwell in the fender and then bolt them to the car. While you have the fenderwells out, replace the A-frame seals.
