65WILDKAT A PROUD FATHER OF THREE!

    What a litter!

That is the nicest litter of Cats I have ever seen! :TU: I wouldn'y mind my Cat with a Belly full of those beautys! I would make a nice spot in the Garage so that when she delivered they would be all nice a warm and safe from the weather!
    VERY COOL!

Thanks to everyone for all the compliments and :TU: !

Azeem-next time I do a photo shoot I'll let you know-I need all the help I can get!

Beth and Dana-nice try, but the vert is going nowhere!

Rob- no, your comment on the rear end(s) doesn't sound dirty, in fact, that is my favorite view of the '68 as well! I love the way the taillights light up all the way across the back and wrap around the corners. Plus the nicely detailed chrome bezels-the cars almost look like they are "smiling" a big, toothy Wildcat grin! :TU: (even though technically, the front of a car is traditionally considered its "face".) The light show at night is awesome!

Roger-As to your question, "why stop at four?" One word- MONEY! Yes, there are other colors I love-I hadn't intended on 3 blue ones-but there are plans for changes in the future. The convertible and coupe will one day be sporting different colors. That will be costly enough! My best friend often jokes with me that it's a good thing they didn't make a station wagon version of this car! Now he tells me I need to get a car carrier to haul them around with-painted an appropriate Buick color of course! :Brow:

Phil- Actually, my four door hardtop is a Custom-as is the Coupe and Convertible. (Convertibles were only available as Customs in '68.) My sedan is from the standard series-there were no Custom sedans in '68.

The Custom four door hardtop is from Ohio and has 24,000 original miles-original paint, factory pinstripe, vinyl top-spare has never been down. The charcoal grey metallic paint is a color you don't often see.
The four door sedan is from Montana and has 31,000 original miles-all factory like the hardtop. I just won a Silver with it at Nationals in Rochester this summer. I was within 5 points of Gold! :TU:
The coupe is a loaded car from North Carolina-with a rebuilt 430
The convertible I got from the original owner in Kansas- it also has a rebuilt engine.
    Thanks again to everyone! :Comp:

David, I know your 4 door hardtop is a Custom. As for the Wildcat pillared sedan, the only years it was available with Custom trim were 1965-66, in Canada only.
I was wondering, is there one of your cars that has the paint code "L" (Dark Teal metallic)?

I love the look of the white top on that coupe! I'm going to start a petition to get you to keep the top on!

You're right, strangely, the chassis manual had named it differently.
