I went and picked the frame up this past weekend. Had it sandblasted and powdercoated, along with the bumper mounts, A-arms and cross member braces. All for $450!! If anyone wants one done, the guys at Carolina Finishes in Mocksville, NC will be glad to do the same for you. They have a large scale operation doing all the frames and reciever tanks for Ingersoll-Rand portable Air-compressors--they are built right there in Mocksville. Cheryl--I took some closeup shots of the clutch mount--send me your E-mail address to Stonesautomotive@juno.com and I will send them to you directly. And thanks for the tip on the 425 engine--a trucker friend of mine picked it up last night on a return trip and is bringing it back to town on his flatbed today.
Okay--anyone got a clue as to why the pictures won't show up? I attach them and it says it does it, but nothing shows up?
