I need to go through the front end of my 65 Skylark. I am looking for options on rebuild kits that offer polygraphite or something similiar. I know about PST and do like their product (used them on a 65 Malibu I had) but the kit I want is like $100-150 more expensive then any of the other kits that offer the same parts :Do No: .

If you have any suggestions I am all ears.

There is also someone on this forum offering disc brake conversion kits for under $500 with I think master cylinder, proportioning valve and all. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks guys, this board has been very helpful during this restoration...Joe

    Disc Brakes

I don't know too muck about the 65's but, Then and Now Automotive sells a disc brake converson for the 70 Skylarks. I was quoted the following prices.
I have not bought one from them so I can't comment on quality.

    Disc kit $459.00
    upgrade to polished $599.00

David is the guy you should talk to. Goes by "thepartsman" on this board.
