Help-- Can anyone tell me the correct springs i need for my car.I have a 1970 GS 455 with/Ac and also convertible. I originally i bought the whole front end kit from PST(which i think was probably junk taiwan stuff). The height just does not look high enough. The springs are approx. 17 1/2 " high and the wire is 5/8" Dia. I then bought springs from YearOne and their springs are 15" high and 11/16" wire Dia. Any specs would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Gary

PS-- The car still sits abouit the same with the YearOne springs or maybe raised it a 1/4" at most.

    Gary,

This info available in assembly manual. I don't have the '70 info, but, 71 is probably similar.

With the car on a very flat level surface and the wheels straight ahead, drop a plumb line (tape measure) from the lower edge of the wheel well, centered to the wheel, down to the floor.

    Frt. 26.52" curb 25.65 4passenger
    Rear 24.32 curb 22.48 4passenger

    Hope this helps
