Full size steering box in a Skylark

Can a 69 Electra steering box fit a 64-70 Skylark? Have one available from a parted car, but it is larger in diameter than the Skylark box. The mounting looks the same, but am concerned that it won't fit to the frame due to the larger diameter. Have already gotten the pitman arm off and know it has to be changed.
Wouldn't consider this sway except for the fact the Electra box has a much faster ratio (under 3 1/2 turns compared to 4 1/4).
Has anyone done this swap and had no problems?

    Thanks,
    Scott

Changed my car to a Regal box and I was told to get the pressure relief valve, located behind the fitting where the hose screws into the pump, and install it in my old pump.

Thanks guys, was asking about the 69 Electra box as I have one out of the car and was wondering if it could be used. The Regal or MC units are good, but would have to find one.
Since I already have the Electra one, I was curious if it fit.

    Thanks,
    Scott
