Galvanized frame....????

    Is it really worth the cost? How much will you be driving the car in conditions when it NEEDS to be galvanized? WIll it ever see rain again?:grin: The occasional getting caught in a downpour is inevitable, but it doubt that will really effect rust issues starting. It'll just make cleanup a bitch.

    I THINK that when metal is galvanized it makes it weaker, or more brittle.
