If it was stored in a non-climate controlled garage, it wouldn't take long for everything to corrode like you see there. These cars had alot of unpainted parts right out of the factory.
Yes I agree and most people do not realize that a concrete floor will transfer some moisture from the ground to the bottom of your car!
