I think I'd call that a reconstruction, not a restoration.

There is very little that can't be accomplished with the proper application of blank checks and enough green backs to back them up.
I don't see how it penciled out to do that car instead of just buying a better car to restore??

 

Something makes me think he scrapped that car out to use as a donor for another one. Isn't that the part you had trouble with on yours, Donny? I recall you had to go back in under the fiberglass to fix something that had rusted.
