Finally had a decent weather day here, 60 degrees :bglasses: . Good bye winter! Put about 20 miles on the new engine, and got to use my favorite freeway entrance ramp, I-75 southbound at M-39 :TU: . Nice, long, straight, uphill ramp. Sure felt good. Nothing like having to slow down when merging into 70mph+ freeway traffic  . Joe X.
Cool! Hey great to hear about somebody out there today with a Buick. Heard mine run on TurboDave's hoist, the smell of racing gas, is, well cool, next to burning rubber! Saw some other cars out there today, '70's Chevelle, '87 GN or something close, '68 LeMans, '60s something Corvette on the way home from TD's. Lots of Harley's, I guess it's easier to get a HD ready for Spring than a Buick Racecar, obviously, we all are on the time crunch to get them safer and faster for Norwalk and BG! Mine won't be painted, but it will be way cool, with lots of new upgrades and 'stuff', you'll have to check it out at Buick Raceday 2005 at Norwalk! To see the real deal! :3gears: :spank: :beer :beer :bglasses:
Glad to hear it Joe, when I got home tonight I uncovered "the Turd" and took it for a quick spin to the gas station, and will be driving it to work tomorrow. Nothing like the first drive every spring in the Buick to put you in a better mood! GOODBYE WINTER!!!!
It was nice here today too, early 70's and tommorow's forcast brings mid 70's! Good bye winter, hello spring. :bglasses: :TU:
