"barely driven" may seem like hyperbole, but think- it's 43 years old and only has 101,000 on it. That's less than 2500 miles a year.
I've worked on Colorado cars and they are, for the most part, cleaner than California cars. If that cars is as rust free as the last one I worked on........... It would cost way more than their asking price just for the bodywork on a rusty car. That car is a great deal as far as I'm concerned.
