"GREEN" undercoating removal

    There were no chemicals or electricity used to remove the undercoating from the Lark today...:TU:

    I did, however, use a really high powered heat lamp to soften it up first...:)

    I am sure many of us "never plan" to get this involved in a restoration...I know I wasn't. I never even planned to remove the body. It was a chance meeting with and old hot rodder up the street that yielded the loaner rotisserie.

    Anyhow, the undercoating came right off of the drivers side in a little over an hour...

    I think he was reading the other post about bin laden. In all the excitment he forgot where he was. :confused:
    I hate cleaning old under coat too.
