Wood grain kits as far as I know. You'll have to clean or re chrome your original.

The stainless around the perimeter should be polished. The black paint can be painted easily with Krylon satin or semi gloss black. No primer is necessary. Don’t use any paint labeled enamel or it will peel off. Clean it very well before painting it.

The chrome cover for the console lid and the Buick nameplate are available from The Parts Place. The chrome console filler can usually be cleaned up pretty good with chrome polish and cleaner. The wood grain can usually be peeled off with some heat and a plastic scraper to start it and then just keep pulling. Use a plastic compatible paint for the console itself. I recommend SEM Landau black. Scrub the console several times with a fine cleanser like barkeeper's friend and use a vegetable brush to get in the texture. Scrub, rinse, scrub, rinse and then scrub again. Use the brush the whole time.

    Good Luck

Simple green works perfect to clean plastic.
