Did the 1970 GSX's come with a Black Shift Handle or a Woodgrain Shift handle ? Or could they have come with either one ?
    (Automatic Trans w/Floor Shift)

Everyone I've ever seen in a magazine has a Woodgrain Handle? ? ?

Thanks in advance for any tips.

All of the 70 only floor shift cars came with woodgrain handles. I have a shifter that has really nice chrome and the woodgrain handle is near perfect. (I wouldn't be afraid to use it in a restoration)I seen the last one on Ebay insimilar shape needing only the metal blasted,go for $225.00. I was going to blast mine and put it on Ebay,as I need the money for a B&M Quarterstick with cable and cover. Was afraid to be slammed for asking $175 on here though. Also,I have a very decent floor console that needs a door woodgrain and cleaned for the same shifter. I am unaware of anyone reproducing the handles.

    Hi Pat,

Can you tell me exactly what parts you have for $175.00 ?

Complete shifter ? All the pieces needed for assembly ? Or are there a couple items missing ? Consile included ?

I may be interested so let me know what you have.

    Thanks,
