Tonight I watched the Yankees put it to the Red Sox and when it was over left my 12 year old daughter watch what she wanted to watch. She is into that CSI shows and The Medical Detectives stuff. She got to A&E and started watching a show called American Justice with Bill Curtis.Itwas called Driven to kill.I thought nothing about it and really wasn't paying it too much. Then they started to show the re-enacment of a man named Joseph McLaughlin who ran his wife over with a car.I was totally stunned when they showed the car.A 70 yellow GSX with front spoiler and all! They even showed the inside and it was a 4 speed car too.It looked real nice and they showed a few shots of it.Then I was totally into the show.Seems that the guy tried offing his wife but she didn't die.He was eventually sentenced to 18-20 yrs for 3 counts of conspiracy and attempted murder. Now he is claiming he didn't doit.Surprise,Surprise!Wonder why they decided to use anX for this show? Not the most common type car to use.Still, was really neat to see. Pat
Driven To Kill Hi Pat, I saw it this afternoon. It is American Justice and titled "Driven To Kill". They showed still shots of the actual car used {a '72 Sunburst Yellow 4dr Skylark} and then video of the GSX over and over again. I was glued too!
Sounds like a good way to wreck a perfectly good grill and spoiler. Better off to use the chevy instead. :TU:
'bout time you showed up here, Mike... :beer  :Brow: BTW, I got your email today. Thanks! Also talked to Dave!!! He bought a computer!!!!! Has to figure it out yet, but I invited him to the BPG Meet next summer. You will be attending, right?
Yea, I noticed the steering wheel also. I still wish I had it. Maybe in hindsight they should have used an Electra 225! JUST KIDDING
Yeah, but it was a 4-speed car with the consolette. It looked like a GSX clone on a real GS. It had a GS emblem on the right side of the trunklid.
