Ha, never knew this kind of slot car stuff existed. Pretty damn cool and has made me rethink whether I wanna work on including something like this is a model railroad I plan on building someday.
As a kid in the early 60s in SoCal, the slot car track "emporiums" were the shiznits. Watching people "pit" their cars was a sight to behold. A lot of these guys dragged on the weekend, and ran slots on weeknights. You had to live it to miss it. Thanks for the re-wind. Oh, and with the left arm hanging on the door! LOL
Sounded like some vanishing point sound fx in there . That car looked like it was suspended at all 4 ? ---- edit : oh yeah , "sling chassis" . missed that . Fun to watch .
I had a slot car track once that worked like that. The cars couldn't come off the track. Not as cool of a car, 65 Bonneville and 65 T bird, but they would drive in either lane and any direction.
