hi everyone hope you all had a good xmas . i was over to my grandmother's today with my two kids had a great day it's about a 2.5 hour trip into rural vermont to get there ,nice straight roads the whole way. any way my brother and i are the only ones that live in new york ,so i was bringing my grandfather's gun cabinet to my bros house ,i get there ahead of him and luckily his nephew is there and help's me unload .i'm all set to hit the road and can't get into my truck as it sit's there running . i was only a little upset i figured i could call a local tow guy and guess what no where to be found ,i get out the yellow pages and start calling and guess what i am to far out for everybody luckily i have glass coverage because i had to break one of my ext cab windows out . still a good day though happy new year
Had a similar experience a few years back, but wasn't a phone problem. My sister in law called 911 as the van I had borrowed was locked, running also. Farmington cop wasn't impressed with the open 16 ounce Budweiser sitting in the console by the drivers seat. Tow truck driver that arrived with the special tool got a real kick out of that. Blamed it all on my wife. :Brow:
