Have a great Birthday Dom! :TU:

FYI Guys, Dom went to Englishtown on Friday night and ran his best ET EVER.....10.65!! And that was THRU THE MUFFLERS!! :eek2: E-Town has noise rules requiring mufflers on Friday and Saturday. Dom had to squeeze in a shot at the track when he had a chance, so Friday was the day. Dom's previous best with mufflers was 11.01, so he's pretty stoked about it. I tried to get him to come to E-Town this Wednesday night with me and Rick but he's got school that night. I was hoping he'd get to see what she'll do with open headers. Me and Rick took his car to Atco on Saturday and it was MOBBED! All we got out of it was two aborted runs, for two different reasons, although Rick did get his best 60 ft time ever, a 1.29. His previous best was a 1.34. That fresh trans and new convertor must've helped. Hopefully we'll get it right on Weds.

Thanks for kind words, everyone! I had a great day of work and 4 hours of school afterwards :spank: :spank: . I just love birthdays :ball: ! I used to get excited on my B-day but now its just another day.
Anyway, I did run my car on Friday and was able to get 3 passes in about an hour at E-town, loaded up and went home. There was only about 50 cars there and 48 of them were imports on street tires. So the track wasn't great and only shorted a best of 1.46 but ran a best 10.65 @122mph. Can't wait to get out there again w/o the muffs.
Sorry Rob, I had to do something this winter so I had Scotty port my heads and he did an excellent job with them. I'm sure you've been doing some work to your car. You've been offly quiet these past few months. I hear there maybe some "wagon" hot on our heels this year gunning for us.

Happy B-day Dominic.........Congrat's on going faster.

Can I talk you into leaving the mufflers on?
Fast cars with mufflers are too cool :TU:

And you are right about that wagon.
I don't expect any new numbers for me this year, I spent this winter rewiring
the entire car and making the engine compartment look pretty. All I am shooting for is going rounds this year and trying to get into the bracket finals.

Anyway.......way to go with the new time, I am looking foward to seeing the car run.

    Rob
