Re: Has Anyone Ever Heard of This? Duel Quad LeSabre For that price though it shuold go fast, which could mean its fake, if it goes quick or someone will make a bundle.
Re: Has Anyone Ever Heard of This? Duel Quad LeSabre Just got this reply from the seller: "I don't have the documentation except for the book it is in, 2 4's was a dealer conversion before it was sold new, it is an auto. car and the 1 of 11 known to be made, only two are registered in USA was straight from buick and DMV. thank you"
Re: Has Anyone Ever Heard of This? Duel Quad LeSabre Back in them days dealers did do stuff like that. They had free rein to do almost anything.
Re: Has Anyone Ever Heard of This? Duel Quad LeSabre if it was a dealer option how would buick and the dmv know how many were made?????? just my opinion but be AFRAID VERY AFRAID scott
Re: Has Anyone Ever Heard of This? Duel Quad LeSabre That is my point too...it somewhat annoys me that someone could buy that car believing everything the seller is saying.
Re: Has Anyone Ever Heard of This? Duel Quad LeSabre Get the vin and doe a DMV Buick check yourself. Find out who sold it and research their background.
Re: Has Anyone Ever Heard of This? Duel Quad LeSabre words are just that ... paper is documentation. Not saying anything bad about this car or seller, but without any kind of paper proving what is being said its all just lip service. Did I ever tell you guys how the guy I bought my GS from said the guy he got it from said it was a parade car driven by Al Unser at some now defunct race track :idea2: o No:
