I have. Works great if you know what your doing. If you have never done alignments then don't try to use this. The important thing is you have to turn the tire 15 degrees. No more, no less. Or it won't be accurate.

I can't see the link through the firewall here at work, so I'm completely assuming it looks similar to this thing. I used this for the first time last weekend (borrowed from a friend) and it seemed pretty straightforward. The directions on this one say turn the wheel 20. I haven't back checked it at an alignment shop to see its true accuracy though. The adjustments I made per the service manual moved the bubbles in the directions I was shooting for though. I had to pull the dust cap off the hub but then it sat flat on the rotor surface.
