Well, I've decided to put all new headers & exhaust. I was thinking 1 1/2 hooker headers and 3" flow masters strait out. Does will that make me gain a good amount of power or will it be little over kill. If so what would be the best to go with.

2.5" Exhaust should be plenty of flow.

Buick 350 like the 1 3/4" primary into 3" collectors. Hook that up to a nice Mandrel bent 2 1/2" system with an X pipe. That should work well.

Larry, I'm shopping for a system just like you described. The closest I could find is a Flowmaster system with an H-pipe from Summit. I agree a 2-1/2" system with an X-pipe should be the way to go. Any leads where one is available?

Call the GSCA, they sell a very nice 2 1/2" system. You could then get a Dr. Gas X pipe kit and have them installed at the same time. Or you could order their 3' power X system. might be a little overkill for a small block though:Brow: 229-244-0577
