Anybody use the heater core seal kit from OPGI? Non a/c heater core case on the outside of the firewall. Any other place to get it than OPGI?

    Yes it worked fine.

I suspect National Parts Depot or any other Chevy supplier has them.

I didn't even think of the Chevelle sites. Do they come with instructions for seal placement? It's been so long and I don't remember mine having any seals at all when I tore it down. This blend air door appears to have had some sort of gasket on it but I can't imagine what it would be made of being so close to the heater core.

Yes the doors do and they sell those in a kit.
