How do you polish up the drip rail on a 67 special? It looks like the anodized aluminum type.

I use Eagle One Original Mag & Aluminum Wheel Polish on mine. This is what I used on the ext. piece I sent you. You may have to do it a couple times to remove all the oxidization but the drip rail will come out almost as shiney as chrome. Works really well on stainless too.

The trim you sent was was beautiful, so that sounds like the right stuff! Do I need to worry about the anodizing?

I tried to rub my one drip rail for an hour with Never Dull. I was worried about the plating also. But it was really dull and wouldn't remove the heavy oxidization. Even tried fine rubbing compound. I was ready to buy new ones. I had just bought some Eagle One Alum. Polish for my rims so I tried it and it worked really well. I think if you wax it after to seal and protect them from the elements the shine should last a while. I don't know if there is any plating on there but they shine.
