OK, my 81 year old father called to tell me the dealer said they can't rotate the tires on his '03 Le Sabre because when they did, the front wheels vibrated at 40 - 45 mph and balancing won't help. Can this be true? He has the stock wheels and tires with around 30K miles.
I've had that happen. In my case the tire was defective and had developed a weak spot that caused it to become severely out of balance. The dealer I bought the tires from replaced the tire as it had less than 1500 miles on it.
