help I D ing this part

    i found this i don't know what it is any help would be great;
    part #1492424 group#02.198, the bag says collar eb2, thanks agian kenny:beer

    #02.198 falls in the ignition switch and retainer group but my books don't come up with that number. My books only go from 1936 to 1976 but not all numbers or models. There are some gaps.
