I have LT & RH front inner wheel wells. NOS, but were put on a car that sat for awhile then taken off (like NOS). Anyways, they look slightly different than any of my 1970 wheel wells. # on the part is RH 1237220 and LT is 1239863. I'm thinking '71 or '72??? I deal mostly with 1970 stuff so these will be for sale once I know what they are.
    Thanks,
    Guy

    Guy,
There is no need to sell the NOS right side, it is basicaly the same for all 70 thru 72 cars. The only differences that I know of are the part numbers, and whether it is for an AC or non-AC car.

The left side is the one that is different. 1970 and 1971 pieces have a raised triangular area with rounded corners. The NOS piece will be of the "1972" type, and will have a recessed area there.

To be completely accurate you need an original from a 1970 car, or if you use one from a 71, you will need to weld a few holes shut.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Duane-
I thought the right side looked different as well, I'll check again. Your description of the left side is exactly correct. So for sure the left one will be for sale. I picked these up as a group purchase with other parts and don't need them as of yet, so the right one might be for sale also.
    Thank you again,
    Guy
