    Yes they are!

    Hey Bill,
Yes the handles and gas door are shaved, as well as the special emblems on the sides, and also the emblem on the trunk. The rear doors are suicide, the brackets are reversed so they open the opposite way.

    Hey Don

    Don,
I did not personally do all the work, but yes the handles are shaved all the way around on the car, both the front and the rear doors, which are suicide. The front doors have solenoids and poppers, 35lb to be exact, and they are on a wireless remote. To open the rear suicide doors you have to first open the front doors, inside there is a release button to open the rear doors, a bit of a safety feature. My wifes dad, who is now 67 years old, gave me a little back ground on were the name suicide doors actually came from. Back in his younger days, some of the cars in the fifties and sixties actually came with sucide doors from the factory, when the car was moving and people thought that the rear doors were not closed all the way, they would open the doors to close them all the way and the wind would catch the door and they would get thrown out of the car and into the road. It was pretty interesting information. Thanks for the response and also for the advice about how to treat people in life, you are right, treating people with respect is a must, it's all aboout respect. Thanks again, Mike.

    Yes I heard that too!

I heard the same thing about the doors...If ya opened them up while you were going down the road the would fly open and pull you out because you were holding on to the door handle :error: ! Yuck what a mess that would be!

About the Respect thing it is something that I learned early in life, I was a Foster Child and It was a bit hard growing up with the "FOSTER always attached to your name, So I just treated people like I wanted to be treated and after time it wears people down to the point of saying "You Have to Respect Him because He never knuckled under the pressure". I have taught it to all my children while they grew up and I can tell you this, When ever someone speaks of my children they all say the same thing about all of them "THEY ARE THE MOST REPECTFUL People that they have ever met" Which in turn has given them a leg up on the others when it comes to jobs or school ,etc.etc...So I really mean what I say about it!
