BTW, I know a guy with a dismantled 84 Hurst Olds. He wants $2500 for it. Its got an 8.5 rear. Maybe buy it for the rear and part it out?
OK for Floyd's sake..........I'll run this message through the TEAM GREEN decoder. Eggs is building a 500+ hp 455 for PROJECT 86 and I've landed a Ford 9". I've just got to get TA to send me the right cam bearings to finish off the motor and get my rearend setup and have some changes to the brackets. The tranny is going to be a short shaft Turbo 400. Its built and ready to go. The motor is out of the gray car. I need a radiator and a crossmember. I've got the mounts for the mach up. My brother has a bare 455 block, so when I get crossmember I'll be ready for the mach up. :grin:
