Greedings! I bought a '71 Buick Skylark Custom a few weeks ago and have a lot of questions and so on.I had a '68 Charger R/T before but I sold it to Finland and now bought a Buick.I can't belive how much Buick is better then Dodge.:eek2: Driving with a Buick is like a driving a new car, not a dump truck(Dodge). Here's a walkaround video of the Buick(remove the spaces between W's) w w w.youtube.com/watch?v=DBrPlwSS5jw
Welcome aboard! (Re: Hi from Estonia) Dear Piston_Freddy, Welcome to V-8 Buick! The car is in wonderful condition! How did you find such a car so far from its "home turf"? Well, naturally . . . After all, it is a Buick . . . not one of those lessor cars! Thanks for sharing that. A very nice way to quickly show off the car! Cheers, Edouard :beer
Re: Welcome aboard! (Re: Hi from Estonia) Welcome! Nice looking car and the video is a pretty neat way to show it. Looks like someone left rubber on the road before you got there.:Brow:
Thanks for the welcome everyone! Car has some rust spots but nothing serious,it has a one repaint(you can see te stock lighter color from the front trim on the hood).Car needs some work but is in nice driving condition.Last owner had some money invested in this thing.I bought the car locally, I think it was imported in 2007 or so.The guy I bought the Buick from has also a '70 Charger and he sold it to finish the Charger. Indeed! I love everythin about Buick, exept the curved gauge glass.I can't see the most needer area because of the reflection. But that shoud be a easy fix, I hope. Thanks! Yeah, I think it was the guy with the black El Camino on the video backround.
:beers2: Hi, I can totally agree with that. After 10 years of Mopar (1970 Chrysler), every ride in my Buick is just like a holiday
Freddy: Here's the YouTube video of Freddy's Skylark Custom: <iframe width="900" height="600" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/DBrPlwSS5jw?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Hi, Oh yes! Thanks for the welcome and for the video!:beer :Brow: I have no idea? Any way to find out? Thanks! Yes I have! Lots of lakes ther huh? Thank you! Actually last owner did that, I think I'll keep those for now. :beers2: Hei! I like that car more and more! What? No one asked about the green maple leaf? Oh well.
He's an inexperienced driver :Smarty: In France you have to put a sticker with a big A (for "apprentice") on it at the back of your car.
When you get your licens here, you have to drive with those things for two years(age doesn't matter). My 2 years will be over in january 2012. Yep! "In Estonia, inexperienced drivers are obliged to have a green maple leaf sign visible on the vehicle, serving a similar function that a P-plate does in some other countries."
Hello from California! Want to sell that speedo? It can be set up so that the kph is actually MPH. :Brow:
