Painted body colour of left bare? Can't remember if the doors were factory installed prior to paint. Maybe they were touched up after install?
i would think that the doors were installed after the body was painted. the hinges would have been already installed on the body. thus, i would assume that the bolts are body colour.
Right. Doors installed first, then body was painted. Don't forget to add a bead of sealer on the top edge of the hinge before painting body color.

Somewhere I read that seam sealer should be smeared on back of hinge surface as well. You can see where the hinge was attached as underneath it was bare metal.
