Hold down nuts needed for 71 GS hood grill inserts

Can anyone tell me where I can get the self threading nuts for the black portion of the grill inserts?

 

Then and Now sells the set of screws and nuts.

 

Anyway of holding down the inserts witout the nuts?

My other question would be why this post was moved??

 

I usually buy mine at the local fastener supply house for about 10 cents ea.

1/8" self tapping nuts. if you can't find them let me know.
