Hey Guys, I got my hood grills back from the chrome platers for my 70 GS and now I don't know how to finish them as original. Was each individual square painted black and the top of the grills chrome plated, or were the grills all painted black and only the outside chrome plated. Any help with this dilemma is appreciated?
Each square is black with raised chrome around it. There is also, IIRC, a thin black line between two raised chrome outlines at the outside edge.
