How Do You Remove Glove Box Door Lock?

I am replacing my glove box door on my 71 GSX and I was wondering, how the lock assembly comes off.

Also, I do not have a key for the glove box door that I want to use. I talked to someone else on the board about this in the past and I know there is a simple way to replace the lock. I should have wrote it down.

I took mine off and to the locksmith. I had to have a couple locks re-keyed, and they took it off for free. Though next time I'll probably do it myself, seeing how easy it is.
