How do you estimate the amount of paint needed for a paint job? The car is a 1973 buick centurion. I have decided to let the students at a local school do the paint and bodywork. I imagine they will be using current base coat clear coat paint. I need to know the approximate cost of the paint materials. Can I match the original 1973 fire red color with the new paints?
