How To Remove Old Enjine Paint?

I have it down to the short block on the engine stand. What is the best way to remove the old paint?

 

Let is sit in the sun and get warm. Spray the area to be cleaned with Castrol Super Clean (liquid oven cleaner) Then put on some good rubber gloves and use a stiff brush to clean it. Rinse with water and then let is sit in the sun to dry. Spray with new paint and you will be set.
