How to remove this bolt?

    It might be a better long-term solution to get a new bolt and alternator. Just cut it off and do it right (I should talk about doing it right, lol).

    just get out the torch and fix it right . . .

    Sometimes those little things are such a pita!!!! Go big or go home; torch it out!!!! :Brow: :Brow: :Brow:

    some idiot welded that bolt to the bracket. I have run up against some things like that before. I once saw a ford engine that some fool had welded the harmonic balancer to the crank shaft.
    With some of these things, usually a combination of dremel tool, grinder,cutting torch,and BIG hammer will work. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
