I'm working on a hood project for one of my cars and I have to put 2 hoods together to make 1 good one. Sucks, but thats the way it is. Anyway, I am wondering how i should go about separating the skin from the frame where the factory puts the globs of adhesive that keep the skin from vibrating.. I don't want to screw the skin up because it is in nice shape. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks Bob
Maybe use some propane to heat the knife slightly? I'd certainly avoid heating any part of the hood at all costs. Devon
