It looks like Cape Hatteras is getting nailed now with 90 MPH winds and tons of rain. As of now the winds in Greenville are very low and no rain. The forcasters didn't think it would get this bad, but the NC coast has seen much worse. Looks like I don't have anything to worry about. Hurricane Floyd, Bertha, Fran, Dennis, and Isabel were bad enough.
update. Speeds up to 100 sustained and gust to 120! Most of these speeds are on the NE part of the storm and still out in the water!
