IM LOOKING FOR A 70 GSX FOR MY WEDDING CAKE BUT I CANT SEAM TO FIND ONE ISNT IT MADE ANYMORE ?? o No:
There is a current kit available pre-painted in 1/25th scale. I think they are die cast. I just saw one in a craft store last week. It was Black. I can't remember who makes it. Looked real good.
You just need to find a good hobby shop, I see the '70 GSX street machine everywhere around here. The GSX may be tough but if you get the strret machine version I would be willing to Mail you a decal set for the GSX, I have no use for them. E-mail me if you want them FORDSVTPARTS@HOTMAIL.COM
I might part with my beautiful Saturn Yellow handbuilt 1:24 scale for about $400. I have a Superbird too - throw that in for another $200. I build a nice model! Come on man - she's worth every penny!!!! Isn't she???
Eric- Try the hobby shop in Bayshore. its on the corner of Saxon Ave and Sunrise Hwy. There's a Firestone on the corner. Id be surprised if he doesnt have it
Does it have to be a model kit or can it be a 1:24 die cast? I'm pretty sure the local flea market has them, around $10-$15 in white.
try this www.revell-monogram.com. I have a '70 BUICK GSX 2'n1 new in the plastic from several years back. Model #85-2583.00160, SKU#0 31445 02583 9 Good luck. Remember this...the wedding is the easy part, the marriage takes work.
Yes Pat,Thats the one but ill have to paint it white, since ill have a white GSX for my wedding car from the church to the reception :TU:
http://diecastmusclecars.com/ I purchased my white 70 GSX from this man. It's a 1/18 scale die cast. Don't know if that's what your looking for, but this vendor is top notch in my opinion.
