My drivers side window is not operating like it should. It was fine when I got it but now it is very tough to close but not open. Opening it is easier. I need help quickly because I'm working on it right now.

Maybe the fuzzy felt that it rides up and down on is old, I've had this problem with mine as well. They get old and brittle.

Down is assisted by gravity, up has a spring to assist. You should make sure the spring is still doing it's job. If the spring is fine then clean everything inside the door and grease all of the mechanisms. If your fuzzies aren't perfect (they rarely are) then a lot of gunk can get in and slow down the works.

Then clean all of the electrical contacts carefully (if powered) and smear with conducting grease.

I wish that spring were adjustable so that it could be tightened as the spring relaxes.
