I agree most work hard, however immigrant X comes and brings his wife and 3 kids. Lets say he makes 20/hr which is 40k/yr. His kids go to school, he gets child tax credits, probably pays nothing more than SSI taxes. They probably also get free lunches, food stamps, free phones, and on and on. I laud their work ethic as it is better than a lot of native born, but I don't see it as a plus for the other people pulling the wagon.
My father was married previously and had three children. At 53, he married my mother who was 35. They had me a year later. After they divorced, my father was 63 and married a girl who was 25. That was his last one. And you csn read between the lines on why...it actually happened. And yes, my dad is my hero..
Wow... your dad must have been Rich, good looking, or both.. I just turned 55, and the only 20 something girl I can get to pay any attention to me, is the one taking my money at the local Walmart checkout.. JW
Agreed . Its run the gambit . And then some . Again Its people looking for a confrontation with others over something they have no control . The answer is . DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY . And that's it . Close the thread !!
Why close the thread? Don't like the subject matter? Deflection or subject change the problem is still there/here. Discussion is the first step to problem solving....

I dont what this to thread closed..... I sure would like to know just why a few members what to see it shut down....... I notice they have been wanting this done from the very beginning..... Usually if someone wants a thread shut down it means they hide something from coming back....
After 11 pages of beating a dead horse it makes no sense complaining about things that you don't agree with . Just don't give them money . I don't care if this thread gets closed or not . makes no difference . Advice offered to act like adults should be looked into instead of arguing . How panhandling came into a Buick group is childish .
