Interesting from the seller's point of view. I'm in process of buying a house. Now, I'm as easy going as they come but my agent is finding no end of $100 things to argue with them about fixing. Water heater valve, light switch, door lock, bathroom ceiling fan, etc. etc. Probably driving them nuts. The fact that the outside needs to have some cedar replaced and completely restained dwarfs all that little crap - and I'll foot the bill. Also pulling up all the carpet and putting in new floors. But I'm just keeping quiet and letting him do his job. Sounds like your deal was much more trouble than that though.
