    Thanks Erik!

I figure the snow is about 8-10 hours away. Should give me a halfway good night's sleep before I have to start truckin.

Adam, what are you plowing with that rig? parking lots, industrial space? surely not driveways? stay alert and best of luck, you can make money plowing in good years of snow, but the weather has been so weird in the last few years that it hard to spend the big bucks on new plow rigs and think you will pay them off. I have been plowing snow for about twenty years in norhteast Ohio, and it's up and down every year, contracts or by the push?

all the best to you, Bruce

    Bruce, I'm using a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax 5spd Auto.

The Plow is a Boss V-Plow that is supposed to be one of the best on the market - and one of the most expensive~!:eek2: I don't know if you're familiar with how the Boss and the new Westerns hook up, but it's super easy.

I am plowing commerical lots and some industrial space. I do a place called Dave & Busters - they are all over the country - BIG LOTS to plow!

I am subcontracting for another lawn care company and getting paid well to do it. This year is supposed to be as good or better than last year as far as business goes. Tonight and tomorrow is the first snow of the season, so we'll see. I can already see it creeping up the radar. THe subcontrator I am working for seems to really know what's going on....been doing it for a while.

    Adam,

If you stop by and do my parking lot I'll let you in on some of my speed secrets.
    For example:
    1 - Wear heavy shoes
2 - Have engine running before and during staging.
3 - This one just for you... Be sure there is enough fuel for the entire pass.

I hope you have a good snow season there this year.:beer

    HHAHAHA!!!

That was NOT my fault!!! No one told me the race gas wouldn't be available until AFTER I stopped racing.

Definitely a funny moment (I was pissed when it happened, but I ROFLMAO when I think about it now!)

Yet another moment when Larry saves the day:beer :beer :beer

    I think I owe him....a lot.

We'll see when I get some snow...

I have been getting mixed reports of what we're supposed to get now. It's moving pretty fast, but it's a big area.

I guess I'll see in the morning. Goodnight all!
